Corinthians' ultras allowed back into stadiums

This Wednesday (29), the Paulista Football Federation (FPF) accepted the recommendation of the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office (MP-SP) and authorized the main organized Corinthians supporter groups (Gaviões da Fiel, Camisa 12, Pavilhão 9, Estopim da Fiel, Coringão Chopp, and Fiel Macabra) to return with banners, flags, and musical instruments to the stadiums.

The punishment of the Corinthians supporter groups had been in effect since the beginning of April, after the final of the 2025 Paulista Championship, against Palmeiras, on March 27. On that occasion, already in the final stretch of the match, flares and fireworks were set off in the North sector of the Neo Química Arena, something that was reported in the match summary by the referee.

Last week, the Corinthians supporter groups signed, at the Public Prosecutor's Office, the TAC (Conduct Adjustment Agreement), which marked progress in the dialogue for the return of instruments to the stadiums. The punishment was supposed to last until the end of this season. During this period, meetings were also held with the main state authorities and representatives of the club to make the return possible.

In an official statement, the Gaviões da Fiel supporters thanked the ongoing dialogue with the 2nd Shock Battalion of the Military Police, the Civil Police, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Paulista Football Federation.

Central do Timão has learned that, for this Sunday's match (2), at 4pm (Brasília time), against Grêmio, for the 31st round of the Brasileirão, the organized supporter groups plan to hold a big pre-game party, with a walk from Arthur Alvim station to Itaquera. During the match, actions with confetti and balloons are planned in the stands.

The organized supporter groups of Sport Club Corinthians Paulista: Gaviões da Fiel, Camisa 12, Pavilhão 9, Estopim da Fiel, Coringão Chopp, and Fiel Macabra, committed to the signing of the TAC, acknowledge the inappropriateness of the behaviors observed in the final of the 2025 Paulista Championship, emphasizing their commitment to not repeat such acts.

We also recognize the effort and openness to dialogue from the 2nd Shock Battalion of the Military Police, the Civil Police, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Paulista Football Federation.

With the publication of FPF Ordinance – No. 184/25, the return of the supporter groups to stadiums in Brazil becomes official, ending the punishment imposed in April/25.

Corinthians Statement:

This Wednesday (29), in Ordinance No. 184/25 of the Paulista Football Federation, the decision of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of São Paulo was reported, which grants the release of the Organized Supporter Groups of Corinthians in the stadiums of the city of São Paulo.

With this, Gaviões da Fiel, Camisa 12, Fiel Macabra, Pavilhão 9, Estopim da Fiel, and Coringão Chopp can return to attending the stadiums properly identified, that is, using 7 (seven) musical instruments, one banner, and one large flag, with the possibility of expanding or restricting the release of such objects, clothing, and other accessories at the discretion of the Military Police, as of this date.
