Corinthians have unveiled a special ‘Evolução Corinthiana’ cup ahead of Sunday’s Dérbi with Palmeiras at Neo Química Arena in the 11th round of the Brasileirão 2026, kick-off 18:30. According to Meu Timao, it will be on sale inside the stadium.

The grey-backed cup, priced at R$ 25,00, carries the Corinthians crest in the background. It features Matheuzinho, Rodrigo Garro, Matheus Bidu, Kaio César and Memphis Depay arranged to echo the human evolution sequence, from a looser stance to Memphis upright in his trademark celebration. The phrase “Evolução Corinthiana” appears with the club’s historic crests above.

It is the first Dérbi of the 2026 Brasileirão. The sides have met only once this year, Palmeiras winning 1-0 at the Arena in the Paulista first phase.

Corinthians arrive under pressure after seven league matches without a win and sit 16th, one place above the relegation zone. The club’s hope for the clássico rests with new head coach Fernando Diniz.

Diniz took charge on Monday and immediately ended a nine-game winless run across Paulista and Brasileirão with a 2-0 victory over Argentina’s Platense in the Libertadores opener.

Palmeiras come in as league leaders. Head coach Abel Ferreira will not be on the touchline due to an eight-match STJD ban.
