Corinthians completed day 12 of their mid-season programme on Thursday morning during the World Cup pause. The women remain alive in four competitions and face a decisive second half.
The session began with strength work in the gym, then on-pitch warm-up before possession, line-breaking passing and finishing drills under coach Emily Lima, plus set-piece routines. The club said in a statement that the squad will return to the training ground on Friday morning.
They are back on 17 July, hosting Ferroviária at 19:00 at Fazendinha in round four of the Campeonato Paulista. Corinthians sit second on four points, while Ferroviária lead on nine.
The sides meet again on 20 July at 20:00 at Arena Fonte Luminosa in a one-off last 16 tie in the Copa do Brasil Feminina.
The second half also brings the run-in of the Campeonato Brasileiro first phase. Corinthians lead the standings with 28 points and have five matches left.
In the current bracket they would face Internacional in the quarter-finals, with the advantage of settling the tie at home. In October, the Brabas travel to Ecuador in pursuit of a seventh Libertadores Feminina title.
