According to Meu Timao, Corinthians' women's players are increasingly unhappy amid delays to image-rights and prize-money payments, and feel the board has neglected the team after prioritising the men's squad's arrears.

The club cleared outstanding sums owed to the men on Monday. The women are still awaiting image-rights payments for June and July.

Under contract, image rights are due on the 15th of the following month, so June and July should have been paid on 15 July and 15 August. Arrears remain with no date set for payment.
