Coritiba host Remo in the Brasileirão on Sunday, 15 March 2026 at Couto Pereira in Curitiba, with the hosts pushing for Sudamericana places and the visitors trying to climb out of the relegation zone.

The recent head to head is tight: across four meetings since 2021 there have been two draws and one win each, including a goalless draw in the last clash at this ground. Coritiba start seventh on seven points, while Remo are 18th with three.

Coxa have taken all seven of their points away from home, beating Cruzeiro and Corinthians and drawing at Chapecoense, but have lost both home league games without scoring. Leão Azul are winless in the league, with three draws and two defeats, and most recently fell 2-0 to Fluminense.

Coritiba are without forward Rodrigues, while goalkeepers Benassi and Pedro Morisco are also sidelined. Remo are missing Patrick de Paula through suspension, with forward Eduardo Melo injured. Those absences reduce forward and midfield options on both sides.

Coxa-Branca may look to turn territory into goals against a defence that has conceded 10 league goals. Leão Azul have shown they can trade chances in open games, drawing 3-3 at Atlético Mineiro, and could test a back line that has conceded six this season.

A home win would lift Coxa to 10 points and could edge them closer to the Libertadores places. An away victory would take Leão Azul to six points and could pull them towards safety in the early relegation picture.
