Coupe de France quarter-finals: Lyon face Lens as Marseille host Toulouse

Lyon will face Lens in the Coupe de France quarter-finals, while Marseille host Toulouse and Lorient welcome Nice.

According to L'Équipe, the draw was made on Thursday evening before Strasbourg v Monaco. Strasbourg then beat Monaco 3-1 and will host Reims, the only second-tier side left.

There are no minnows in this 2026 edition, which has a pronounced top-flight look. Seven of the eight quarter-finalists are from the top division. Rarely have so many top-flight teams reached the last eight in the 21st century.

The field is wide open after PSG went out in the round of 32. Lens, Marseille and Lyon, the leading chasers in the league, are all in the last eight. The clash between second and fourth in the league stands out.

The quarter-finals will be played between Tuesday three and Thursday five March.
