Transfer market operator Stefano Ancilotti anticipates big teams pillaging Empoli in the next couple of transfer market windows, as a few of their players are shining this campaign. He spilled the beans to La Nazione (via Quotidiano Sportivo).

Ismajli would be a sound addition to any team looking for a defender. He’s been rock-solid and finally completely healthy this season. However, he’s 28, which might discourage most sides from making even a modest investment in him.

Fazzini is very intriguing for his versatility and combination of energy and technique. He’s taken on bigger responsibilities and a more attacking role after the departure of Tommaso Baldanzi. He just needs to avoid injuries for a few months in a row, which hasn’t been the case so far, to take it up a notch.
