The President of COVISOC has confirmed that there are “zero irregularities” in the accounts of Inter Milan.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that COVISOC President Tommaso Miele has roundly rejected any allegations against the Nerazzurri.
Recently, some allegations have emerged of potential irregularities in the accounts of Inter.
These have come from RAI Radio journalist Daniele Autieri, notes the Corriere,
However, the Corriere reports, none of these allegations are corroborated by COVISOC.
COVISOC is the commission the governs the oversight of all football clubs in Italy.
The report of RAI journalist Autieiri hints that mafia links to Inter ultras group the Curva Nord could be compromising for the accounts of the Nerazzurri.
There is indeed a prominent ongoing investigation into the alleged criminal activities of the Nord as well as AC Milan ultras group the Curva Sud.

Meanwhile, there are also accusations of hidden debts. And even if potential problems with Inter’s registration in the Lega Serie A.
However, reports the Corriere, the President of COVISOC has roundly dismissed the credibility of all these allegation.
COVISOC President Tommaso Miele states that Inter have given “very ample guarantees of regularity” on all fronts.
