Cresswell, Chadwick & Mills start against Barnsley in EFL Trophy | OneFootball

Leeds United Under-21s begin their EFL trophy campaign this evening as they face Sky Bet League One outfit Barnsley away from home.

Ahead of kick-off at Oakwell, Scott Gardner has named a strong team to face the Tykes, beginning with Scotland youth international Rory Mahady in goal.

In defence, Louis Enahoro-Marcus is joined by Alfie Cresswell and Roman Egan-Riley. Freddie Lane and Louie Philpott will provide the width.

In midfield, skipper Ollie Pickles is partnered by Rhys Chadwick, supporting attacking trio Harvey Vincent, Josh McDonald and Callum Mills.
