Crystal Palace have announced the news that winger Isabella Sibley has left the club by mutual consent.

The Eagles announced the news via a post on their official club website earlier today.

The 26-year-old joined Crystal Palace in 2022 and she has played her part in the evolution of the women’s team on a full-time professional basis. Sibley was a Barclays WSL2 winner with The Eagles back in 2023/2024.

Sibley is someone who has huge potential, however, her journey as a Crystal Palace player has not always been straight-forward. The winger has had some rotten luck with injuries in the last three or four years and has endured some long spells on the sidelines.

While Sibley has maybe not reached the heights of some of her Crystal Palace teammates over the years, the player has shown great loyalty and commitment to the club and she leaves with huge respect and admiration.

Sibley’s next career move is not yet known, however, there will be plenty of clubs willing to give her a fresh opportunity to impress and remaining in full-time professional football is a possibility.

The winger leaves Crystal Palace with the club currently occupying fourth place in the Barclays WSL2 table after 13 rounds of matches.
