Crystal Palace have reached a verbal agreement with FC Midtjylland for the signing of Darío Osorio (22), according to a report from Foot Mercato. The Chile international is set to move to the Premier League after Palace agreed a €28m fee with the Danish club, with a further €4m available in bonuses.

Osorio has emerged as one of South America’s most promising young attackers since moving to Europe. The 22-year-old joined Midtjylland from Chilean side Universidad de Chile in 2023 and has continued to develop in Denmark. The versatile forward can operate on either wing and has also featured through the centre, with his technical ability and attacking output attracting interest from clubs across Europe.
