According to a report from Kicker.de, the “signs are increasingly pointing” to FC Augsburg’s Finn Dahmen making his senior Germany debut.

Should it happen, the 28-year-old would become the fourth goalkeeper that Jürgen Klopp has used in as many games.

In the last three, Marc-André ter Stegen featured against the Netherlands, Alexander Nübel against Greece and Jonas Urbig faced Serbia.

During the final training session on Saturday morning, Augsburg’s Dahmen trained separately from Urbig as well as Noah Atubolu

That's seemingly enough of an indication that the Augsburg shot-stopper will start in goal against Greece on Monday night.

The responsibility would mark a big moment in the career of the Goalkeeper who moved from Mainz to Augsburg for free in July 2023.
