His good performances put him on the radar of many clubs. Danjuma opted for the Premier League, specifically Bournemouth, where he arrived in 2019. Two seasons later, he arrived in LaLiga when he joined Villarreal. With the groguet team he managed to win the Europa League in 2021. In the 22-23 season, Villarreal loaned him to Tottenham and the following year he played again, on loan, but this time at Everton.

Danjuma has represented the Netherlands at both youth and senior level.

Danjuma is a player who stands out for his speed, dribbling and finishing skills. He is a goal scorer with a good ability to score in one-on-one situations and from different positions in the box. He can also play in various attacking positions, either as a winger or striker.
