Dayann Methalie has joined Sunderland after a turbulent week and late medical clearance, in a deal worth a record sum for Haute-Garonne. According to L'Équipe, Toulouse and Sunderland finalised the transfer on Friday.
That followed the resolution of a medical disagreement.

Uncertainty had arisen when an abnormality in his back was detected during his medical.
The 20-year-old defender has signed with Sunderland until 2031.
