Fiorentina captain and former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea reacted to Manchester City's guilty verdict by questioning his own honours. Posting on X after Friday's ruling, the player wrote: 'How many Premier League titles have I won then?'

City have reportedly been found guilty of 114 of 115 charges over breaches of Premier League financial regulations, with potential sanctions including a reprimand, fines, points deductions and expulsion.

Points deductions can be applied retrospectively, raising the possibility that City could lose titles.

The charges cover 2009-10 to 2017-18, when City won three league titles, two with Manchester United finishing runners-up and one ahead of Liverpool.

De Gea was United's goalkeeper throughout that period. He has one Premier League winner's medal, from 2012-13. If those two titles were stripped and reallocated, his tally could rise to three.

City are expected to appeal, and no sanction has yet been decided.
