Deadline day is set to be busy for some clubs, while others have already wrapped up business. ExpressAndStar.com reports that Wolves still have plenty to do, Albion are hoping for additions, Villa appear settled and Walsall have done a decent deal.

Wolves have no arrivals so far. Loans out include Fer Lopez to Celta Vigo, Marshall Munetsi to Paris FC, Ki-Jana Hoever to Sheffield United and Tawanda Chirewa to Barnsley.

West Brom, seeking reinforcements amid their struggles, have brought in Max O'Leary from Bristol City on a permanent, plus loans for Danny Imray from Crystal Palace and Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba from Aston Villa. Toby Collyer has reached the end of his loan, and Joe Wildsmith has joined Middlesbrough on loan.

Villa's business looks to be done. Tammy Abraham from Besiktas and Alysson from Gremio have signed permanently, with Douglas Luiz arriving on loan from Juventus. Donyell Malen has gone to Roma on loan, Evann Guessand to Crystal Palace on loan, and Yasin Ozcan to Besiktas on loan.

Walsall have been active. Alfie Chang arrived from Birmingham City on a free, Alex Pattison joined permanently from Bradford City, with Kacper Lopata from Barnsley and Aaron Loupalo-Bi from Fulham on loan. Lewis Warrington and Levi Amantchi left on free transfers, while Ryan Finnegan at Blackpool, Jid Okeke at Stockport and Daniel Cox have reached the end of their loans.
