Ismael Saibari levelled in the 48th minute with a precise finish, setting PSV on course to beat Utrecht 4-3. He had earlier pulled one back and later created the go-ahead goal.
Early on, Saibari rifled into the top right from the centre of the box (21.) after Ivan Perišić's pass.

After the restart, he timed his run onto Mauro Júnior's through ball and curled high into the top corner (48.).
Moments later, the midfielder burst through in transition and squared for Guus Til to sweep home (52.).
