Warren Zaïre-Emery restored the lead in the 62nd minute with a low strike, as Paris Saint-Germain drew 2-2 with Lorient.

Introduced to add thrust and control, Zaïre-Emery arrived onto a square pass at the edge of the box and drilled through bodies to beat Yvon Mvogo. The midfielder's timing and clean contact turned a tight contest back PSG's way.

From there he knitted attacks together with quick combinations and forward intent, slipping one key pass and repeatedly finding teammates in advanced areas. His fresh legs also helped PSG regain territory against a compact Lorient block.

He finished with 25 of 26 passes completed and 13 successful final third passes, plus three recoveries and a successful dribble. That mix of precision and bite underlined why his introduction immediately lifted PSG's tempo.

Because he received between the lines and played forward early, Lorient's midfield was dragged around and their back line was forced to retreat, letting PSG dictate the game's central channels for long spells.

PSG visit Bayern Munich in the Champions League next, while Lorient travel to Metz in Ligue 1.

How high would you rate Zaïre-Emery's cameo tonight?
