Rodrigo Mora drove Porto to a 1-0 win over Santa Clara with a constant supply of chances that kept the visitors penned in.
In the 17th minute he forced João Afonso into a save with a firm effort from the centre of the box after drifting inside to receive on the half turn.
After the restart he bent in a teasing cross that was headed goalwards and blocked (54). Moments later he arrived between centre-backs to glance a header just over from the left wing delivery (59).
He kept asking questions late on, threading a pass that allowed the substitute to test Afonso again from range (87). The sustained pressure from his side's right flank repeatedly shoved Santa Clara back towards their own area.
He finished with three attempts, three chances created, two accurate crosses and two regains in the attacking third, underlining how his movement between the lines and quick service underpinned Porto's attacking tempo.
Because Santa Clara's midfield line often dropped towards their back four, Mora found pockets to receive and turn. That constant presence between the lines ensured Porto controlled territory and the key moments.
Porto top the table with 88 points. Santa Clara finish 12th with 36.
