There is much to be excited about at Wolves for the upcoming 2025/26 Premier League season as the Midlands club continue pre-season preparations under well-liked headmaster Vítor Pereira.
After comfortably finishing outside of the bottom three last term, the Molineux-based side come into the summer with an amended senior side after seeing key players Matheus Cunha and Rayan Aït-Nouri depart for pastures new on either side of Manchester.
But completed deals for Jørgen Stand Larsen, Fer López, Jhon Arias, and multiple returning loanees give the Portuguese boss plenty to work with, including former Dutch youth international Ki-Jana Hoever.
Now 23, Hoever looks primed to get a real chance in the team this season after multiple loan spells away from the club, and recently chatted with Wolves media after their 1-1 draw against Stoke.
Citing Pereira's way of operating stylistically and on the tactics board, Hoever looks delighted to work with the 56-year-old, who has already endeared himself to fans and players alike after improving the side considerably last season in all respects.
Hoever will get his next chance to impress the boss on Wednesday when Wolves host Ligue 1 outfit Lens on their home patch.
