Derby County beat Swansea City 2-0 at Pride Park Stadium to climb from 11th to sixth in the Championship.

After the restart, Rhian Brewster struck in the 47th minute, finishing from close range after a corner to break the deadlock.

Patrick Agyemang doubled the lead with a glancing header (67.), converting Callum Elder's cross following another corner.

Josh Vickers made key saves as Swansea City pushed, notably thwarting Marko Stamenic and substitute Gustavo Nunes after the break.

Derby turned 11 attempts into six efforts on target, making set pieces count. Swansea City had 71.5% possession but produced only two shots on target from 15 attempts.
