The magic of the cup continues as the quarter-finals of the DFB Pokal kicked off on 2 and 3 March.

The first tie of the quarter-finals had two heavyweights against each other as Gladbach hosted Dortmund at Borussia-Park.
Either side had their fair share of shots with the hosts edging the visitors 16-13 and maintaining 54 per cent possession.
However, Dortmund were not going to give up too easily.
In the end, Jadon Sancho proved the hero for visitors as his strike in the 66th minute secured his team a spot in the semi-finals.

The historic run for second-division side Holstein Kiel continues after they downed fourth-tier Essen to secure a spot in the semi-finals.
Despite the visitors only having six shots with three on target compared to the hostâs 14, they made the most of their opportunities.
A penalty from Alexander Bieler opened up in the scoring after 26 minutes and then two minutes later, Janni Luca Serra doubled the lead.
Essen peppered Kielâs defence with chances but couldnât find a breakthrough. In the end, the third goal from Joshua Mees in the 90th minute secured the victory.

In the late match on 3 March, RB Leipzig took on Wolfsburg at Red Bull Arena Leipzig and came away with a 2-0 win.
The hosts were in control of the match with 14 shots compared to eight from the visitors though it took until the second half for the first goal.
Yussuf Poulsenâs solo effort found the back of the net in the 63rd minute breaking the deadlock and also Wolfsburgâs impressive defensive record.
Later on, a goal from substitute Hwang Hee-chan in the 88th minute confirmed Leipzigâs spot in the semi-finals.
The fourth quarter-final match between Jahn Regensburg and Werder Bremen was postponed due to COVID-19.
Originally set for 2 March, the tie has yet to be rescheduled.
