Diallo ‘to join’ Parma from Dortmund after fourth-tier season

Gianluca Di Marzio reports the deal to take Ousmane Diallo from Borussia Dortmund to Parma has been completed, lifting the 19-year-old from Germany’s fourth tier to the Italian top flight.

The winger would depart a year before his Dortmund contract expires. Parma are understood to have beaten several competitors, and the player has arrived in the city.
