Manchester United drew 2-2 with Nottingham Forest in the Premier League at the City Ground on Saturday.

Manager Ruben Amorim named an unchanged XI from the victory over Brighton & Hove Albion – the first time he has done so since taking charge at United.

Forest boss Sean Dyche stuck with the same starting line-up from their last game against Bournemouth.

Morgan Gibbs-White missed a good chance to give the hosts the lead inside three minutes, firing off target from a dangerous position.

Goalkeeper Senne Lammens made the game’s first save, denying Dan Ndoye from scoring his first league goal since August.

Bryan Mbeumo nearly gave United the lead when goalkeeper Mats Selz saved his shot towards the bottom corner.

Selz made another superb stop just before the half-hour mark, parrying Amad Diallo’s shot away from goal.

Casemiro scored the game’s opening goal in the 34th minute, powering a header home from Bruno Fernandes’ well-delivered corner-kick.

Callum Hudson-Odoi went close, while Ndoye’s effort was kept out by Lammens but was flagged offside before half-time.

Gibbs-White restored parity for the hosts after the break with a cracking header from Yates’ cross.

Forest made it 2-1 as Nicolo Savona pounced on a loose ball before putting the ball past Lammens.

Fernandes almost put United back on level terms with a long-range strike, but was denied by the woodwork.

Diallo made it 2-2 with an outrageous strike from outside the penalty area in the 81st minute, marking his first goal of the campaign.

United are unbeaten in their last four league games, while Dyche remains without a league win as Forest manager.
