Diary from the States, Day 8 | One last look at Los Angeles | OneFootball

For a few days, Los Angeles was ours. We experienced it in its most famous corners and its hidden ones, between sun and haze, between palm trees and campus bleachers. We felt its rhythm — the slow pace of Graduation Day mornings, and the intensity of afternoons split between training and city life.

Over these days, the city took on shades of black and blue. It witnessed our training sessions and our first match in the Club World Cup. It became a destination for Nerazzurri fans from California and all over the world.

It saw our shirt shine among the stars of Hollywood and the storefronts of Beverly Hills. It saw us run and fight under the Pasadena sun, on a pitch that carries echoes of the past.

And now, as the sun sets over Venice Beach, Los Angeles says goodbye. Tomorrow brings one last training session, then it’s time to go. The next stop: Seattle. But something stays here — a trace of Inter, quietly left behind.
