Didier Deschamps will name his first 2026 France squad on Thursday 19 March at 14:00, speaking from FFF headquarters in Paris ahead of friendlies against Brazil and Colombia in the United States.
According to L'Équipe, the squad will gather for the first time since November 2025 and the 3-1 win in Azerbaijan.

France face Brazil in a showpiece in the Boston area on Thursday 26 March at 21:00, then meet Colombia near Washington on Sunday 29 March at 21:00.
The trip is to help the players find their bearings a few months out from the World Cup, which runs from 11 June to 19 July.
This will be the final squad announcement before Deschamps names his World Cup group.
