Diego Valoyes has officially rejoined Talleres de Córdoba, sealing a loan move from Juárez with an option to buy. The agreement runs to December 2026.
The 29-year-old Colombian forward returns looking to relaunch his career and add know-how to a refreshed attack. According to SuperDepor.com, the structure allows Talleres to assess his form before making a permanent investment.
Valoyes arrives after an uneven stint in Mexico. For Juárez he played 25 competitive matches, scoring three goals and providing three assists, figures short of the expectations set on arrival.
His previous spell in Córdoba was far more productive. He made 141 appearances, scored 26 goals and supplied 20 assists, becoming a key attacking reference thanks to his power, movement into space and team-first contribution.
The coaching staff are confident he can quickly recapture his best level, helped by his familiarity with the club and the demands of Argentine football. His return also carries symbolism, reuniting a player aligned with the project and identity at a time when experience and local knowledge are prized.
