Dijon moved clear at the top of the National after a 1-1 draw at Concarneau on Friday night, made possible by Rouen’s 1-3 defeat at Bourg-en-Bresse.

L'Équipe notes it is shaping up to be a three-way race for promotion to Ligue 2 between Dijon, Rouen and Sochaux, with Sochaux not in action this round.

Quentin Bernard put Dijon ahead on 14 minutes and the visitors looked set to take all three points. Sohan Baldoni levelled for the hosts at 90+6.

Rouen’s setback was their third straight match without a win and they struggled on their trip to Ain. Bourg-en-Bresse made a valuable move in the survival fight, climbing out of the relegation zone to 14th.

They now lead Châteauroux by one point after a 2-2 draw at Caen, and sit two clear of QRM, who drew 2-2 with Versailles.

That share of the points may have ended Versailles’ promotion hopes.
