Dino Toppmöller 'to be sacked' by Lens after six matches

L'Équipe reports that Dino Toppmöller is to be relieved of his duties as coach of Racing club de Lens after only six matches.

The German arrived this summer to replace Pierre Sage.

After four Ligue 1 games, his side have one win, one draw and two defeats.

Lens beat PSG 1-0 in the Trophée des Champions, and won 3-2 away at Slavia Prague in their first Champions League match.

Assistant Yannick Cahuzac could be on the bench against Monaco on Friday at 20:45, either temporarily or even permanently.
