The Ligue de Football Professionnel said in a statement that the DNCG will have AS Monaco’s wage bill supervised under article 11 of its regulations. Olympique de Marseille faces a deferred ruling while further documents are assessed.
The decisions were taken as part of the review of clubs for the 2026-2027 season.

Marseille were recently fined 10 million euros by UEFA and given a suspended exclusion from all European competitions.
No measures were taken regarding OGC Nice, Strasbourg and AS Nancy Lorraine, who compete in Ligue 2.
