Chelsea will inform Jadon Sancho of their final decision on his future after the Conference League final according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Blues take on Real Betis on Wednesday night looking to follow up on qualifying for the Champions League by lifting their first piece of silverware under the new ownership.
If Chelsea were to get their hands on the trophy they would become the first club to win all three European trophies.
The final could be the last game for a number of Chelsea’s squad with the future of several players to be decided this summer.
Sancho falls into that category, and despite an obligation to buy for around £25m being activated, the Blues do have an option to send him back to Manchester United if they pay a £5m penalty fee.

The 25-year-old has been criticised for his form this campaign, and he’s only managed three goals and five assists in 31 Premier League appearances.
Sancho has been linked with a move to Bayer Leverkusen, and Romano has provided an update on his future stressing this could be his final game for Chelsea.
“Chelsea’s game on Wednesday could be the last game for Jadon Sancho,” he told his YouTube channel.
“Keep an eye on the situation because, for sure, at the moment the player does not have any guarantee on the situation, and the club has not communicated anything to him about staying or leaving.
“Maresca confirmed today (Tuesday) no decision has been made. Chelsea will inform him of the decision after the final. It’s a concrete possibility he goes back to United.”
Regardless of the decision on Sancho, Chelsea are looking to sign another winger with Nico Williams and Jamie Gittens amongst their list of targets.

Williams has been described as a “dream” target, although Chelsea could struggle to meet his wage demands with it being reported the Spain international wants around £400,000 per week if he leaves Athletic Bilbao.
Gittens is certainly the more attainable with the Blues said to be leading the race for the Borussia Dortmund man, and are thought to be prepared to offer him a deal which would double his current salary.
