Aston Villa thought they'd netted a well-worked equaliser against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, just before the half-time whistle blew.

Yet when the goal was looked at by VAR, it was ruled out for the most marginal of offside calls when a superb cross from Ollie Watkins was met by Morgan Rogers' most determined of finishes.
