Liverpool have announced the midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has signed a new long-term deal with the club.
The Reds' number eight has penned a 'long-term' contract with the club, reported to be a five-year contract that will keep him at Anfield until the end of the 2030/31 season.
"It’s maybe my biggest day," the 25-year-old said about his fresh deal.
"There are a couple in front of it – probably when I signed for Liverpool the first one and when I got my baby, of course. But in my football career, I can say this is in the top three.
"Very happy. [I] can’t wait to go again and again and again. I’m just happy to be here, as I said many times."
Szoboszlai first joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig three years ago and since has become a key player for the Reds.
In particular, the Hungarian was one of the standout performers in a disappointing 2025/26 campaign, scoring 13 goals and making 12 assists across 53 games in all competitions and being named the Men's Player of the Year at the club.
