Multiple sources confirm Pierre Kalulu has accepted the transfer to Juventus and will have his medical on Tuesday, on loan with option to buy from Milan for a total €20m.
There had already been suggestions earlier today that the versatile defender was leaning towards an agreement, having previously been concerned there would be a lack of regular playing time.
However, this evening he finally gave the all-clear and is expected to undergo his medical tests on Tuesday.
It is going to be a paid loan at €3m plus an option to buy at the end of the season for a further €14m.
There are also potentially another €3m in add-ons and a 10 per cent cut given to Milan of the future transfer fee if the move is made permanent in June 2025.
Kalulu had been effectively frozen out of the Milan squad, as he was not part of coach Paulo Fonseca’s plans.
The Frenchman turned 24 in June and started out in the Olympique Lyonnais youth academy as a right-back, but transformed into an effective central defender.
He was sold to Milan in September 2020 for €1.39m and went on to make 112 competitive appearances for the club.
