Done Deal: Koulierakis ready for Roma medical after €16.5m plus bonus agreement | OneFootball

Roma have exchanged contracts with Wolfsburg for Konstatinos Koulierakis, claim multiple sources, paying €16.5m plus add-ons and a 20 per cent cut of the future sale fee.

The two clubs shook hands and completed the final details of the agreement this evening.

Now the Greek defender is expected to undergo his medical tests in the Eternal City on Saturday.

There are slight differences over the reports of the fee, as Sky Sport Italia have it at €17m.

Meanwhile, Il Tempo are more precise with €16.5m plus €1.5m in add-ons and Wolfsburg retaining a 20 per cent cut of the future sale fee.

Koulierakis is 22 years old and has 22 senior caps for Greece under his belt, making his debut in 2022.

A product of the PAOK Salonika youth academy, he was sold to Wolfsburg in the summer of 2024 for €11.75m.

It is reported the defender will be the understudy to Mario Hermoso rather than a first choice for Gian Piero Gasperini.

Koulierakis had also been linked with Crystal Palace and Benfica, amongst others, but Roma have won the race.
