As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Roma and Porto are currently finalizing the last stages of negotiations.
Roma will sign Rodrigo Mora on loan with a buy option that could turn into an obligation based on Champions League qualification and player appearances.
The clubs have already verbally agreed on the deal.
