Dortmund 'to submit' third bid for 1. FC Köln's Said El Mala

According to Sky Germany, Borussia Dortmund are preparing a third bid for 19-year-old Said El Mala, planned for submission later this week.

The proposal is expected to be €40million guaranteed plus bonuses. Dortmund’s previous offer stood at €34million with €10million in add-ons.

The club intend to lean on the bonus structure again in an effort to persuade Köln.

The clubs have held fresh direct talks, but remain apart on valuation. Köln continue to seek at least €50million for the player.

If submitted, it would represent Dortmund’s third attempt to sign El Mala.
