Double training session in Valles

Training continues in Valles-Rio Pusteria as the squad continued their pre-season preparations with another double training session at the local sports centre. The morning session included gym work, warm-ups and technical-tactical drills, finishing with a small-sided game. In the afternoon, the players completed more warm-ups before splitting into positional groups for role-specific exercises.

Emil Holm followed an individual training programme.
