Dušan Vlahović ‘to hold out’ for Bayern or Barcelona amid Juventus renewal talks

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Dušan Vlahović is delaying a decision on a new Juventus contract. His deal expires at the end of the season and he is waiting to see whether Bayern Munich or Barcelona make a move.

Renewal discussions with the Serie A club remain ongoing.

Bayern could emerge as a suitor, with the club seeking a back-up striker to support and rotate with Harry Kane, and Nicolas Jackson’s loan from Chelsea set to end.

Barcelona are also monitoring options for a new forward.

Vlahović has previously been linked with Bayern, though no transfer has materialised. He has scored seven goals in 20 appearances for Juventus this season, having joined from Fiorentina in 2022 for around €85 million.
