Arsenal will face Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
The Gunners last won major silverware in 2020 and have not lifted the Carabao Cup in 1993.
Arsenal are looking to win all four competitions they are contesting this season. A victory on Sunday will be huge as they eye further success in the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup.
They could be without Martin Odegaard and Jurrien Timber after they missed recent games. Eberechi Eze could also be unavailable, judging by Arsenal’s latest training picture gallery on their website.
The English attacker told reporters he was fine after an injury scare against Bayer Leverkusen, and manager Mikel Arteta claimed there were no fresh injury concerns in his press conference today.
Not including him in the pictures could be Arteta playing mind games, but no one knows exactly why he was not there, leaving Man City manager Pep Guardiola guessing.
Being without Eze for the game will be a huge blow, and the Gunners supporters will be hoping he is available, given his current form.
He has scored four goals in his last seven appearances across all competitions and will be looking forward to helping Arsenal win the final on Sunday.
Eze won the FA Cup with Crystal Palace last term and could end this season with at least one or two trophies if all goes well.
Arsenal are expected to name a strong side for the clash, and pipping Man City to the trophy will be a huge boost for them heading into the final weeks of the campaign.
