Max Eberl delivered an initial update on the injuries that marred Bayern Munich’s 6-1 Champions League win over Atalanta, saying Jamal Musiala’s problem looks the least concerning.

According to BuLi News, he added that Musiala’s withdrawal was precautionary.

Alphonso Davies’ situation sounded more troubling. The left-back had only just returned from a muscle issue before going off, and Eberl said he has suffered another muscular problem.

There was also concern for goalkeeper Jonas Urbig, who collided with Atalanta striker Nikola Krstović late in the match before the Italian side scored their consolation goal. Eberl was unsure about his condition, noting he felt dazed with a headache.

Further medical checks are expected in the coming days. Bayern will hope the trio return quickly as their Champions League and domestic campaigns continue.
