Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl has confirmed that João Palhinha, Sacha Boey and Bryan Zaragoza are all candidates to leave the club this summer, admitting they are unlikely to receive regular playing time if they remain at Säbener Straße.
Speaking about Bayern's squad planning, Eberl made it clear that the club is hoping to find new destinations for the trio.
"We would like to let go of those players because, if they stay, they will find it very difficult to get playing time here. Nevertheless, they have every right to train with Bayern Munich and to prove themselves, but as far as our squad planning is concerned, we have other ideas."
Palhinha joined Bayern from Fulham but has struggled to establish himself in midfield since, while Boey has found opportunities limited following injuries and increased competition at right-back. Zaragoza, meanwhile, has failed to secure a regular place in the squad, nevermind the starting eleven, since arriving from Granada.
Despite Bayern's willingness to sanction their departures, Eberl acknowledged that patience will be required as clubs continue shaping their squads throughout August.
"At some point in August, clubs will assess their squads. Some may have qualified for European competitions, while others may have suffered injuries, so we'll have to wait and see. But there's already movement in the market."
With four weeks remaining in the transfer window, Bayern are expected to continue working on exits as they look to further streamline Vincent Kompany's squad ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
