Eduardo Camavinga doubtful for France’s match against Ukraine | OneFootball

According to a report from Fabrice Hawkins, Eduardo Camavinga (23) is an injury doubt for France’s upcoming European qualifier against Ukraine. The Real Madrid midfielder has pain in his hamstring and trained alone from the rest of the Les Bleus team on Wednesday. 

France are set to welcome Ukraine to Parc des Princes on Thursday evening as they hope to wrap up their qualification for the FIFA World Cup in the US, Canada and Mexico. If Les Bleus can secure a victory against Ukraine, they will guarantee a place at the World Cup in 2026. 

Camavinga unlikely to feature

With the 23-year-old defensive midfielder unlikely to be available for the crucial qualifier, this raises questions over who is likely to start in midfield. N’Golo Kanté (34) has recently be recalled back into the France set up and could see himself starting if the former Rennes midfielder is unavailable.
