Watford have appointed Edward Still as head coach. L'Équipe notes he follows his brother, Will, by taking charge of a Championship side.

Still replaces Javi Gracia and arrives from Anderlecht, where he had served as interim coach since 5 February, leaving the Jupiler Pro League's fourth-placed team for England's second tier.

He worked under his brother as assistant at Lens last season. Will Still managed Southampton during the first five months of the season.

Watford are 11th in the Championship and have not won since 1 January, a 3-0 victory over Birmingham. The club are on their third head coach of the campaign after Paulo Pezzolano and Javi Gracia.

Gracia resigned on 1 February, citing a loss of motivation and a belief he was not the right person to coach Watford's exciting young group.
