Eintracht Frankfurt and Benfica are tracking PSV Eindhoven right winger Esmir Bajraktarevic, who is viewed as a possible Ritsu Dōan replacement if the Japanese leaves, with clubs including Al Ittihad pursuing him.

klix.ba reports that Frankfurt and Benfica have expressed interest and are monitoring the 21-year-old’s situation, and that both could make an official offer before the transfer deadline on Tuesday, one September.

Eindhovens Dagblad adds that the Eredivisie champions want to sell the 20-time Bosnian international, which would ease negotiations despite his contract running until 2029.

The Hessen club have shortlisted Bajraktarevic as they plan for potential changes in wide areas this summer.

He is understood to be high on their list if circumstances shift before the window closes.
