Eintracht Frankfurt are pushing ahead with a move for Ajax full-back Anton Gaaei, with Sky Germany reporting they have agreed a contract until 2031 with the 23-year-old.
Talks between the clubs are ongoing, and Gaaei remains under contract with the Eredivisie side until the summer of 2028.

Ajax signed the one-cap Denmark international from Viborg FF three years ago for a fee of four and a half million euros.
He has made 111 competitive appearances for the Amsterdam club, contributing seven goals and 13 assists.
In Frankfurt, he is expected to replace Rasmus Kristensen, who recently joined FC Midtjylland for six million euros.
Frankfurt’s interest surfaced a week ago, and they are now very close to completing the transfer.
