A report from Defensa Central has revealed that Eintracht Frankfurt star Hugo Larsson has his heart set on one destination in the future, which is Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old Swedish midfielder is viewed as one of the most promising talents in Europe and has already been linked to Los Blancos in the past as the club continues to evaluate long-term options for its midfield.
Over the summer, Larsson received a lucrative proposal from Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad, but he quickly dismissed it after speaking with his family.
In his own words, the youngster explained, “I got a contract offer from Al-Ittihad this summer. It was fun to listen & I started to dream a bit.
“When I told my mom about the offer, she scolded me for considering it. She said ‘no, no, no. Don’t do it’.”
For Larsson and his family, the dream is clear. They see Real Madrid as the biggest club in football history, and both player and mother know that leaving Europe too soon for money could halt his growth.

Remaining in a competitive environment is seen as the right step to keep his career moving forward and, ultimately, to one day have the chance to wear the famous white shirt.
Larsson is not the only young midfielder on Madrid’s radar. He joins Kees Smith and Adam Wharton on a shortlist of names the club is believed to be studying carefully.
While there is no immediate move planned, reports suggest Madrid are monitoring Larsson’s progress closely, evaluating his style of play and development at Frankfurt.
At this stage, Real Madrid are not actively pursuing a transfer for Larsson, but his ambition is no secret.
He dreams of one day walking out at the Santiago Bernabeu, and if he continues to grow at the pace he has shown in the Bundesliga, the opportunity may eventually come.
