Elche negotiate move for Roy Revivo as opening bid rejected | OneFootball

Elche are in talks to sign Israel international Roy Revivo from Maccabi Tel Aviv as they look to bolster the left flank alongside Germán Valera. According to Superdeporte, the ownership led by Christian Bragarnik has lodged an initial offer for the 23-year-old.

The bid, sent on Wednesday, was a fixed fee just under two million euros plus add-ons, and was turned down by Maccabi. Maccabi will consider letting Revivo leave if bids top three million euros, and none has yet.

Revivo is under contract until June 2027 and has decided to seek a move this window. An academy product, he won the Israel Cup last season, his first trophy with Maccabi. Interest from Elche dates back several weeks.

There is interest from Italy and Portugal, and the Tel Aviv-born player is attracted by continuing his career in the Spanish top flight. Alongside Elche, at least two other Spanish clubs have checked on his situation.

He played the full 90 minutes on 30 July in a win over Sheriff, then was left out of Thursday’s Europa League qualifier that Maccabi lost 0-3 to CSKA Sofia.

A powerful, attack-minded wing-back, the left-footer stands 1.85 metres and registered 15 assists in 52 games in 2025-26. Coach Martín Anselmi views him specifically as a left wing-back rather than a left-sided centre-back.
