A packed Elland Road united on Saturday night as Leeds fans remembered Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight during a 0-0 draw with Brentford.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, chairman Paraag Marathe and managing director Robbie Evans laid wreaths at the memorial plaque outside Elland Road before a minute's applause ahead of kick-off.

During the game, supporters turned their backs on the play, reflecting the act first seen 26 years ago and repeated every year since.

Fans travelled from far and wide to support Leeds and, above all, to honour Chris and Kev in the club’s final home fixture before the 5 April anniversary.

A selection of photographs from the night captures the tributes and the sense of togetherness around the ground.
