The striker has left Eintracht Frankfurt to join French top-flight outfit OGC Nice on loan.
Eintracht and OGC Nice have agreed on a loan deal for Elye Wahi, who will move to the club in the south of France until the end of the 2025/26 campaign. Following spells at Montpellier Hérault SC, Olympique de Marseille and RC Lens, the 22-year-old striker arrived in Frankfurt in January 2025. He subsequently made 25 competitive appearances for the Eagles, recording one goal and three assists. The Frenchman has featured in 14 matches in the current season. Board member for sport Markus Krösche: “Elye Wahi has already showed what he’s capable of in the French league. We wish him all the best for the coming months in Nice and, above all, that he regains his self-belief and assurance. We’ll keep a close eye on his progress and believe that a loan spell at an ambitious club is the most sensible solution for everyone.”
